AMSAT P3-D Launch Campaign Kourou

The launch campaign started on September 11th with the arrival of the various launch integration team members from Germany, United States, Belgium, Czech Republic and Finland. The Centre Spatial Guyanais is where the european ARIANE rocket is launched. 
The technical centre of the CSG with the Jupiter control centre and the musuem. 
The launch area with the S3 buildings for filling operations is about 15km away from the S1 technical centre.

The spacecraft IHUwas powered up and loaded with software. From now on, the IHU will run for ever... 
Leak test of the propulsion system with filling the Helium tank to 200 bar and pressurizing the fuel tanks. 
Functional test of all receivers and transmitters, sensors and all experiments, including RUDAK, IHU-2, GPS, CEDEX, MONITOR, LASER. 
The RF and functional tests continued throughout the whole week.
