Hallo,

offenbar gibt es noch einen neuen interessanten russischen
Amateurfunksatelliten namens “Yubileiny”, der gestern erfolgreich
gestartet wurde und sich mit RS-30 meldet:

The “Yubileiny” small spacecraft was developed by the JSC “Academician
M.F. Reshetnev” Information Satellite Systems” jointly with the
Aerospace Vehicle Laboratory (Kaluga), RPE “Geofizika-Cosmos” (Moscow),
“Saturn” (Krasnodar), Lavochkin NPO (Moscow), the “Ramensk Instrument
Building Company” (Ramensk), Khrunichev State Cosmic Research and
Production Center (Moscow), the Siberian State Aerospace University
(Krasnoyarsk). The motive for its development was the 50th anniversary
of the first artificial satellite launching.

With the help of equipment that is installed on the satellite,
radio-amateurs all over the world will be able to receive information on
the history of space development and domestic cosmonautics achievements.
The spacecraft is expected to work in the cyclic operation: every 4
minutes spoken messages, video pictures, and signals imitating
call-signs of the first artificial satellite will be transmitted over
the radio channel at the international frequency range of 435 MHz.

The launching of “Yubileiny” spacecraft is planned on May, by “Rokot”
launch vehicle. It will be injected into orbit as an additional load
jointly with three military satellites. At present, preliminary
activities at “Plesetsk” launching site are in progress.

“Yubileiny” spacecraft is developed on basis of non-hermetic platform
that will serve as the base for other small satellites with the mass
under 100 kg. With its launching the series of devices and systems,
manufactured by the JSC “Academician M.F. Reshetnev” Information
Satellite Systems” and other domestic enterprises, will get the flight
qualification.
